    Hanway Street Flat conversion Case Study

    In 2019 we were commissioned to convert a building on Hanway Street, Fitzrovia into three flats. The building had not been updated for 50 years and we had to gut the whole property. The floors were uneven, the electric and gas plumbing had to be stripped out as they were hazardous . The project took longer than expected as COVID-19 restrictions came into play in early 2020 and meant that work stopped for a few months but we still managed to complete the project in less than 8 months and still under budget.
